Vehicle Purchases

For new and pre-owned vehicle purchases, payment can be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or bank cheque.

For EFT payments, cleared funds must be received prior to vehicle collection. Your dealership team will provide the relevant payment details and instructions ahead of your scheduled delivery.

Where a credit card payment is required, a maximum one-off payment of $2,000 can be accepted per vehicle transaction. Any remaining balance must be paid via EFT or bank cheque.

Service

We are a cashless business. For servicing, we accept payment via credit card or EFT prior to vehicle collection.

Your Service Advisor will provide the relevant payment details and will endeavour to assist with alternative payment arrangements where required.

Important Payment Information

For your security, please always verify bank account details directly with your Penfold Motors dealership before transferring funds, particularly if you receive banking details via email.
