All recruitment is coordinated by the Human Resources Manager while all final selection decisions are made by the relevant Department Manager. To make a general enquiry, you can call the HR Manager on 9268 1555 or email your resume, with a brief covering note providing information the type(s) of job you are seeking to hrmanager@penfold.com.au.

Applicants to positions will usually undergo an initial pre-screening discussion with the HR Manager. Depending on the role, this could be in person or over the phone. Second interviews are conducted by the Department Manager, sometimes in tandem with a General Manager or Dealer Principal. In some cases and again, depending on the role, there may be an additional interview with team members or perhaps with the Managing Director. Prior to any job offer, the referees of the preferred candidate will be contacted by the HR Manager.
